Vienna is a great city, that plays host to a lot of big and diverse events in Europe. This weekend, it will play host to one of the biggest free festivals in Europe.

On Danube Island, between Nordbrücke and Reichsbrücke
Danube island festival is one of Europe’s biggest free open air festivals. It starts on the 26th of June and ends on the 28th of June. It will have over six hundred hours of performances which include a variety of music and comedy acts spread out across 11 stages. Over 1500 artist will perform, which inlcude 250 music, theatre groups and stand up comdey acts. This festival will highlight the diversity of large scale events happening in Vienna, London, Warsaw and other European cities.
