The following is a list of must visit sights in Berlin: we will tell you how to best visit them.

1. Brandenburg Gate

The Brandenburg Gate is a symbol for Berlin and must see for any visitor. This magnificent neoclassical monument was initially built in the 18th century and has since been a part of German history. Walk around Pariser Platz and gaze at this beautiful masterpiece. Don’t forget your camera!

2. Berlin Wall

A visit to Berlin would be incomplete if you failed to see a second part of Berlin Wall. The city had been once divided by this concrete barrier, and today you can still find pieces of the wall standing, as a chilling reminder of the city’s turbulent past. Lining the East Side Gallery gives you a chance to view magical murals painted by artists all around the world.

3. Museum Island

Museum Island is a place for art and history worshippers to visit. 5. Tiergarten

Hitedgarten is Berlin’s largest and most popularly visited public park, where you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Tiergarten comprises some 500 acres of beautiful natural countryside, perfect for an agreeable walk along its pleasant paths, having a picnic in the most diverse places assigned for this purpose, and just enjoying nature. Keep some time free to behold the lovely Victory Column and the agreeable Englischer Garten within the park.

6. Berlin Cathedral

The Berlin Cathedral is an incredible architectural jewel dedicated to the Protestant faith. Go to the top of the dome and you get a spectacular view of the city. It is in the center of Berlin, on Museum Island, and provides a glimpse into Berlin’s glorious religious and cultural history.

7. Charlottenburg Palace

Pay a visit to the beautiful Baroque palace, Charlottenburg Palace, a Prussian monument of the grand architecture of Prussia. Roam the opulent rooms and walk through the beautiful gardens. Do not miss the palace to admire the loved paintings, furniture, porcelain collection.

8. Berlin TV Tower

To see Berlin from a bird’s eye view, find a place to go and visit the Berlin TV Tower. This observation deck is 203 meters up on the city, and offers breathtaking panoramas. Take a look at visiting at sunset, especially because it will be truly magical. The revolving restaurant at the top of the tower also means you can dine for a unique culinary treat.
