HOW CAN I BOOK A TOUR?
How can I book a tour?
If you’re signed in as a Guest:
- On our website, click on “Browse Listings” on the upper right part of the page.
A window will pop up, so you can select your preferred tour:
- Click on “Any Regions” to choose and specify your selected cities
- Click on “Categories” to choose which type of tour you would like to be in
- Use our interactive map to easily navigate through cities where tours are available
- On the left side of the page, scroll down the lists of tours available for booking!
Once a tour interests you, please click on it, and you will be redirected to the tour page.
On the tour page, you will be able to explore through the basic information about the tour, including:
- The official tour name, i.e. Free Original Barcelona Tour Name
- Official address where the tour is located, i.e. Placa Catalunya, Barcelona
- Name and details about the host
- Background information about the tour, including pictures and videos
- Reviews and comments
- Tour Booking Calendar
Below the “Verified Listing” button, you will see the Tour Booking calendar where you will be able to:
- Pick the available tour dates of your choice
- Book time slot
- Choose the number of guests
- Confirm the total costs of your tour (which mostly are FREE!)
Once done, click on “Request Booking“. You will be redirected to the “Booking Confirmation” page where you will be asked to enter your personal details such as:
- Full name
- Email Address and Phone Number for contact
- Address
- Optional Message
When complete, click on “Confirm and Book“. You will be able to receive a confirmation email in your email address along with a copy of your booking details.
TIP: All pending and confirmed bookings are saved in your account’s My Booking dashboard. This is also where you can cancel your bookings or wait for the owner confirmation.
