When a traveller books your tour, you will receive an email with the reservation information and the traveller’s phone number. If you don’t see the email, take a good look at your spam folder.

You will also receive a notification at the time your tour is booked through the BOT app, remember to download it if you haven’t already done so, to have full control of your tour.
