1. The City of London

The City of London also known as the “Square Mile” is the financial and historical heart of London. It is the location of famous landmarks such as St. Paul’s Cathedral, Tower of London , and the Bank of England. It is mainly a financial center with corporate offices as well as a tiny residential population.

2. Westminster

Westminster by definition symbolises political power in the United Kingdom. This borough is place of the Parliament of Great Britain, Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey. It is where you will find the famous tea clipper ship turned museum, the Cutty Sark and the Royal Observatory where you can mark the Prime Meridian. Greenwich Park is an attractive open area and offers stunning views of the city. The borough also hosts the annual Greenwich Music Time festival.

8. Notting Hill

Notting Hill was placed on the international map when a romantic comedy starring Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant was made in 1999. This trendy West London area is famous for its bustling Portobello Road Market, picturesque pastel painted houses and Europe’s largest street festival the Notting Hill Carnival which takes place annually. It is cool sling with stylish outlet, arts gallerys, styles cafe.
