alpine forests. The trek takes you through charming Gurung Villages, rhododendron and
bamboo forests, and along the Modi Khola river valley, finally reaching the Annapurna
Sanctuary, a natural amphitheater surrounded by some of the world’s highest peaks. With
stunning views of Annapurna I, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), Hiunchuli, and Gangapurna, the
ABC trek is ideal for adventure seekers who want a moderate-level trek with breathtaking

Day-by-Day Plan
Day 1: Pokhara → Nayapul (drive 1.5 hrs) → Trek to Chhomrong (2,170m)
Trek: 6–7 hrs
First views of Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) & Annapurna South.
Overnight in Chhomrong.
Day 2: Chhomrong → Dovan (2,600m)
Trek: 5–6 hrs
Descend stone steps, cross river, then forest climb.
Overnight in Dovan.
Day 3: Dovan → Deurali (3,200m) – Machhapuchhre Base Camp (MBC – 3,700m)
Trek: 6 hrs
Pass through bamboo & rhododendron forest, waterfalls.
Stunning views of Machhapuchhre & Annapurna.
Overnight in MBC.
Day 4: MBC → Annapurna Base Camp (ABC – 4,130m) → Bamboo (2,310m)
Trek: 2–3 hrs to ABC for sunrise over Annapurna I.

Day 5: Annapurna Base Camp → Bamboo (2,310m)

Trek: 5 hrs
Relax at natural hot springs by the river.
