Vault 17 hosts Green Label Gallery
This weekend the walls are changing over at Vault 17 with Mountain Dew’s live painting/printing pop up Green Label: Pieces of Mind. The concept of the show is “What’s on your Mind?” — an open-ended invitation for typography of all types.
The crowdsourcing here is the real sticking point to this work. Amateur and professional wordsmiths alike can send in their messages via Twitter or Instagram with #GreenLabelGallery #PiecesOfMind.
These entries will be reviewed by Vonik and her team of artists and curators, to be printed and added to the project.
This mincing of digital contribution, live painting, live printing, combined with the artistic talents of Vonik and her team, has seen the space transform over 3 days.
The event coincides with the Dew Tour Am Series in Museumplien, featuring skate comps, pro demos, signings and tricks for cash.
