Vienna is what I can describe as a great city, which hosts a number of major and versatile events in Europe. The forecast for this weekend shows that the venue will be home to one of the largest free festivals in Europe.
Danube Island Festival 2015
Location
On Danube Island, between Nordbrücke and Reichsbrücke
This event is one of the largest specifiable free open air festivals in Europe and it takes place in Danube island. Summer is by its turn the 26th of June to the 28th of June. It will have over six hundred hours of performances of music and comedy acts to the eleven stages that will have been set. As to specifics, there will be more than 1500 artist that will involved in the performance and which are 250 musical, theatrical and stand up comedy troupes. This festival will also showcase the variety of ranging mass event initiatives that will be arranged in Vienna, London, Warsaw and many other cities.
As for this year many Austriam artists will perform on the stage, and there will also be an international star Anastacia with them. If that does not persuade you, let me provide you with a list of the line up below for more information.
